Shipping Policy

Due to an unexpected and unanticipated raise in social media exposure, we’re experiencing a spike on orders which may affect our standard shipping/delivery time. We’re working day and night to prepare and ship all orders as soon as possible. We understand the frustration of having to wait for your order longer than expected, but one thing we don’t want to sacrifice is the quality of our service. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. Efficient Delivery for Great Products

The time frame for our order deliveries are divided into two parts. The first part is the “Processing Time,” which involves the following activities:

– Order verification

– Quality Checks

– Packaging

Once we have taken care of these tasks, your order will then be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch 24 hours after you have placed the order. The fulfillment center as well as the postal service company will then process the order for the next 3 to 5 days.

The second part of our time frame is called “Shipping Time,” which refers to the amount of time it takes to ship your item from our fulfillment center to you. International deliveries usually take around 7 to 20 days to complete under normal situations. Therefore, when combined with the amount of time it takes to process your order, you can expect your item to reach you between 10 to 25 days.

Please note, however, that these are only estimates for delivery times. If there is a storm, an accident or some other unfortunate problem then your delivery may be delayed, but such problems are infrequent and rarely delay our deliveries. So although we do not have set delivery dates, we always strive to make our deliveries ahead of time.

Important: While we do everything in our power to deliver successfully and within schedule, please bear in mind there’s always a risk of you order not arriving your doorstep in time.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU’LL LOSE YOUR PURCHASE. In most cases, Fannypackz.com is able to deliver within the estimated delivery dates, but events such as holidays, sales, weather conditions, delayed logistics, customs clearings etc, may affect our shipping/delivery time. In extreme cases, orders may take up to 60 days to arrive. If after 60 days, you have yet to receive your order, we will either issue a replacement, or refund your money no questions asked.

Our Shipping Policies

Fannypackz.com maintains a certain number of shipping policies. As our client, it is up to you make sure that all the delivery information that you provide is correct. If we encounter missing or incorrect information, we will contact you to update the information, which in turn may cause delays.

Delays may also happen due to custom clearance issues. For example, your local customs office may require additional time or documents to clear your package. In this case, your package may be delivered by a local courier or post office personnel. If, for whatever reason, they cannot deliver your package, then they may send you a notice card that will require you to pick up your item from their office.

Finally, we will not make any reshipping arrangements in the event that your packages are returned due to wrong addresses or incomplete addresses.
