Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Fannypackz.com accepts full order cancellations, provided the products have not yet been shipped or manufactured. Under such circumstances, the customer will receive a full refund.

However, this policy does not apply if the product has already been shipped out. Likewise, we cannot cancel any orders where the product has already been produced or is in the process of being shipped to the customer.

Return Policies

Fannypackz.com will accept the return of products, provided the customer has made the necessary application within the first 14 days after initial delivery.

In order to be eligible for our return policies, your item must be unused and in the same conditions as when you first received it. Moreover, the original packaging must be intact, and to complete the the return process, you will need to provide us with either your receipt or proof of purchase.

Most importantly, do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Please return it to us, and we will take care of it.

Shipping Costs

Fannypackz.com’s return policy does not cover cost of return shipping in the event of a product refund, Our customers must pay for the costs of returning his or her purchase.

Furthermore, re-stocking will not be charged to the customer in the event that his or her product is returned.

Refunds

After we have received the product and inspected its condition, we will send you an email to notify you about the package and our findings. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund application.

If we approve your refund request, we will process it, and you will receive your funds withing a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds usually take several days to process, so we’d like you to wait a little while before contacting us, your bank or your credit card company.

However, In the event that you do not receive any notifications about your refund for several days, please check your bank account. If the funds are not in your account, please check with your credit card company.
